Shri. Ravi Ranjan has over 33 years of banking experience, having started his career as a Probationary Officer with State Bank of India in 1991. He has held various positions both in India and overseas, across multiple functions.

·         Currently heading Global Markets of SBI as Deputy Managing Director. Global Market Unit, looking after entire investment portfolio of SBI, with investments of over 16.5 Trillion Rupees (USD 196 Bio)

·      Was the President & Chief Operating Officer of SBICAP Securities Ltd (SSL), a subsidiary of SBI during 2022-2023.

·       Headed NW- II of Bangalore Circle as General Manager having a deposit franchise of Rs. 100,000 Crores and Advances Portfolio of Rs. 40,000 Crores covering 480 branches and 6,300 staff spread across Bengaluru and districts of North Karnataka from June 2020 to June 2022.

·        Was DGM and Special Secretary to Chairman, State Bank, Corporate Centre.

·       Having been DGM & Head Equity, he has led the team that managed Bank’s proprietary investments in equity and mutual funds with portfolio size of USD 4 bio.

·      He also worked as Vice President & Head - Syndications at Hong Kong looking after Syndicated Loan portfolio of USD 1.8 bio. He also handled fixed income portfolio of USD 600 mio.

During the period 1991 to 2010, he held assignments spanning various facets of Banking.viz. Head of Account Maintenance Team (AMT) for Shipping and Aviation Sectors, Research officer at State Bank Academy, Branch Manager of 5 different branches of State Bank of India in different parts of the country and also, overseas assignment at California

Mr. Ashish Parthasarthy

Treasurer, HDFC Bank Ltd.

Mr. Ashish Parthasarthy – Treasurer, HDFC Bank, is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and has over 29 years of experience in the Indian financial markets. His career encompasses a wide ranging experience across domains like Money Markets, Bullion, Foreign Exchange and Balance Sheet Management. In his capacity as the Treasurer, he not only manages the bank’s entire treasury operations but is also responsible for the overseas’ balance sheet as well.

Mr. Shailendra Jhingan

MD & CEO, ICICI Securities Primary Dealership Ltd (I-sec PD)

Shailendra has over 26 years of experience in financial markets across economics research, fund management and proprietary bond trading. He has been with I-Sec PD for 15 years and has been the MD & CEO of the company since 1st Nov, 2016. He is also a Director in the board of Primary Dealers Association of India (PDAI). Prior to becoming the MD, he was head of corporate bond trading at I-sec PD for 8 years. Before joining ICICI group, Shailendra was heading Fixed Income Fund management at HSBC Asset Management. He has also been a fund manager at Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund where he was the fund manager for the flagship fixed income schemes.

He also has experience in economics and fixed income research with JM Shares & Stock Brokers and JM Morgan Stanley Ltd.

Mr. Sudarshana Bhat

General Manager, Union Bank of India.

Sudarshana Bhat is a Nominee of Union Bank of India on the Board of the Company. He is a seasoned banker with more than 3 decades of rich experience in Treasury, Credit, Corporate banking, various administrative and functional capacities. He is currently heading the Treasury & Investment Operations of Union Bank of India. He started his banking career in 1986 and rose to become General Manager.

Sudarshana Bhat is a post graduate, a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB), an ACS (inter) and holds a Diploma in Financial Services. He has attended training programmes conducted by various reputed institutes in India and abroad.

Mr. Neeraj Gambhir

President, Head- Treasury & Markets, Axis Bank.

Mr. Neeraj Gambhir is the Group Executive - Head Treasury, Markets and Wholesale Banking Products, Axis Bank. He has over 24 years of experience in the financial industry with expertise is in Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Capital markets, Structured Finance, Credit, Derivatives, Risk management and Investment Banking areas.

Previously he was Managing Director and Head of Fixed Income, India for Nomura in Mumbai where he helped set up and grow Nomura's India fixed income franchise. Before that, he was with Lehman Brothers, India as a Managing Director. Earlier, he was associated with ICICI bank as Senior General Manager and Global head of Structured Finance and Balance Sheet Management. During his tenure at ICICI Bank he also helped set up the Proprietary trading desk with trading capabilities across all asset classes viz Fixed Income, Equities, Currencies and derivative markets.

He has been a part of several working groups and committees set up the regulators and policy makers for developing India's financial markets. He was Chairman and board member of Fixed Income and Money Market Dealers Association of India during 2006-7. He was also involved in setting up of the Clearing Corporation of India and was a nominee director on its board. He was also Co-Chair of the Task force set up by Ministry of Finance, Govt of India for establishing a Public debt management office in India. He was involved in India - Japan discussion for financial co-operation as Nomura representative.

He is a regular expert commentator in print and TV on topics related to financial markets, macro economics and banking.

Neeraj holds a Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science and has done his Post Graduation in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow where he was awarded PGP Chairman's Medal.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Grover

Chief General Manager Treasury & Global Markets, Bank of Baroda

Mr. Grover, a seasoned banker and treasurer, is a senior executive in Bank of Baroda. His area of expertise is Treasury Operations where he has spent most of his career and gained skills and expertise in the domain in true holistic sense. Mr. Grover has worked as dealer, chief dealer and front-office in-charge and head of Treasury. Presently, as Chief General Manager, he is heading Treasury and Global Markets in Bank of Baroda.

Besides Treasury Operations, Mr. Grover has vast experience and expertise in other domains of Banking. Earlier in his career, he has worked in the area of branch operations in the capacity of Manager and Branch Head. He has completed two sought after stints of overseas posting. One as Treasury Dealer in Dubai, UAE and second as prestigious position of Chief Executive (European Operations) and Managing Director & CEO of Bank of Baroda (UK) Limited. He has also served for a short period as head of RRB & FIs Division of Bank of Baroda.

Mr. Grover has completed his Post-Graduation degree in M.A. (Economics) from MDU, Rohtak. He has successfully participated in Leadership Development Program of IIM-B which is an initiative of Bank Board Bureau in collaboration with IBA and supported by Department of Financial Service, Ministry of Finance (GoI). Mr. Grover has participated in numerous seminars, workshops and training programs in India and overseas throughout his career.

Mr. Grover has been very active in banking industry and has served in various capacities in industry bodies like FIMMDA and FAI. He has been Secretary, Vice Chairman, Chairman of FAI and the board member of FIMMDA. He was also the board member of Baroda Pioneer Asset Management India Limited.

Mr.Vasti Venkatesh

Mr.Vasti Venkatesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree and has done MBA in Banking & Finance. He is presently General Manager (Treasury/International Division) at Central Bank of India. He is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers.

He has more than 36 years of General experience in Banking in the areas of Treasury, Resources, Operations, Marketing etc. and worked in various positions such as Branch Head, Regional Head in various states like Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Delhi.

He also has experience of working as Dealer and Chief Dealer in Domestic Treasury.

Mr. Iswar Padhan

Executive Director & Head Treasury, IDBI Bank Ltd

Shri Iswar Padhan, Executive Director, IDBI Bank Ltd is presently in charge of Treasury. As ED he was earlier looking after mid corporate banking and Transaction Banking. Shri Padhan has over two and half decades of experience in banking at various roles covering the domains of Treasury, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Risk Management and Budget & Finance. His Treasury dealing and risk management experience covers in all major market segments viz., Money Market, Fixed Income, Forex, Derivatives and Equity.

Shri Padhan has also served as MD & CEO of IDBI Capital Markets & Securities Limited (IDBI Capital), from October 2020 to November 2022, which is a category 1 Merchant Banking and Broking company inter alia providing Investment Banking, Stock Broking, Portfolio Management and Research services.

Shri Padhan has earlier served as Board Member / Management Committee Member in market representative bodies like FIMMDA, FEDAI, PDAI and FAI.

Mr. Manish Luharuka

Head- Fixed Income & Forex Trading, ICICI Bank

Manish heads proprietary trading at ICICI Bank for the fixed income and fx markets. He joined the bank in October 2018, prior to which he worked for 6 years as Executive Director at Goldman Sachs’ Indian primary dealership business. He also had a long innings of 12 years at ICICI Securities Primary Dealership before his move to Goldman and now has over 22 years of experience in the Indian treasury markets. Over the course of his long career, he has traded almost the entire gamut of cash and derivative products in the macro space and brings with him immense product and market expertise. Manish is an active thought leader and market reform advocate, who is regularly in touch with regulators on several market development issues. He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and is an avid reader, a strong swimmer and a passionate travel and photography enthusiast.

Mr. V Lakshmanan

Head of Treasury – Federal Bank

Mr. V Lakshmanan, Head of Treasury at Federal Bank, has had an extensive career of over two decades, with nearly 18 years at BNP Paribas, specializing in Treasury Sales. At Federal Bank, he established a focused Treasury Sales Vertical and now oversees the bank's Treasury Operations, including Liquidity, Trading, and Sales. He is also the Controller of the IBU, GIFT City Operations of the bank.

Lakshmanan holds a Bachelor of Technology from IIT Kanpur and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from S P Jain Institute of Management & Research, with a specialization in Finance.

Mr. Aditya Bagree

Managing Director, Head of Markets, - South Asia, Citi Bank

Aditya Bagree is the Head of Markets for Citi South Asia and Interim Country Treasurer, Citi India

As Head of Markets for Citi South Asia, Aditya is responsible for delivering on strategic initiatives and business plans for Citi’s clients across the Markets products and services, leading senior regulatory and client relationships for Markets in the region and establishing a strong risk management discipline and culture. He is also now part of the Citi Leadership Team for India as well as the Asia Pacific Markets Operating Committee.

Citi has been present in India since 1902 and it is regularly recognized as best international bank in India from international trade magazines in the region. The bank’s Markets business in the country is among the top three for Citi globally and caters to a diverse set of clients across large local corporates, multinationals, midmarket enterprises, SMEs, banks, financial institutions, Asset Managers and provident funds. His overall banking experience spans 21 years across roles in structured products and trading in New York and India. He completed his post-graduation from IIM Ahmedabad.
